It will definitely be changing its focus a little bit -to more about a historical type angle.
If anyone is thinking that this might have been material formerly associated with a PBEM club, then that would be accurate; I just changed the title is all. I had anticipated building some scenarios and what not, but really I have other things to do - it doesn't mean that I don't think what got published couldn't be improved upon -noooo no no no no - far from it - it's just a big time sink that I cannot afford to invest my time in.
